Multi-layered Integrated Keypads
Many of our customers ask us to provide more than a rubber keypad or membrane switch.
Integrating silicone rubber components and keypads with rigid plastics and metal can be a challenge given the varying characteristics in tolerances between the materials.
Tactile feel, appearance, backlighting and waterproofing are advantages that can be realized with the right assembly. Over the years we have learned where we need to add features given the character of silicone rubber and how it molds into a switch, sealing component and possibly its own bezel
